1. Operator and contact

ikenfly is published and operated from Switzerland by Vincent Gentizon, Switzerland.

2. The service

ikenfly lets you import, analyse, keep and share paragliding flights, walks and hike & fly outings, from track files (IGC, GPX, FIT, TCX) or manual entry.

The service is provided as is, without any guarantee of permanent availability. It evolves regularly: features may be added, changed or removed.

ikenfly is a logbook and after-the-fact analysis tool. It is not a flight instrument, not a navigation tool and not an official airspace source. Displayed data (terrain, airspace, scores, altitudes) is indicative and never replaces official documents or your own flight preparation.

3. Account and username

Creating an account requires a valid e-mail address and a username. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping your password confidential.

An account is personal. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

You can delete your account at any time by writing to info@ikenfly.ch.

4. Your content

Your tracks, statistics, notes, photos and equipment records remain yours. ikenfly hosts and processes them only to provide the service.

You grant ikenfly the technical rights needed to store, analyse, display and — if you decide so — share this content according to the visibility you choose (private, friends, public, temporary share link).

You can export all your original files and a summary at any time from the Import page.

5. Visibility and sharing

Every activity is private by default. For each activity you choose whether it stays private, is visible to your accepted friends, or is public.

A temporary share link lets you show an activity outside the site; it expires after 14 days. Anyone holding the link can see the shared activity during that period.

A friend request must be accepted before it gives access to activities set to “friends”.

6. Acceptable use

You may not upload unlawful content, impersonate someone else, publish another person’s flight data without their consent, attempt to access other accounts, or disrupt the service (abusive automation, mass extraction, circumventing limits).

In case of breach, the account may be suspended or deleted.

7. Pricing and subscription

Use is free up to 100 recorded flights. Beyond that, a subscription is required to keep importing new flights: CHF 1 per month or CHF 10 per year.

Payments are handled by Stripe. ikenfly never has access to your card number.

The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page; paid access remains active until the end of the period already paid for. Amounts paid are not refunded pro rata.

A promotional code may grant lifetime free access; it is personal and not transferable.

Even without a subscription, your logbook remains readable and exportable.

8. Liability

Paragliding and hike & fly involve risks that are your sole responsibility. Information shown by ikenfly is neither advice, nor an authorisation, nor a validation of a flight.

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, the operator’s liability is excluded for indirect damage, data loss, service interruption or the use made of displayed information. Please keep your original track files.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be adapted. In case of a significant change, users are informed by e-mail or in the application. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

The place of jurisdiction is the operator’s domicile in Switzerland, subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction provided by law.
